It’s June and the Small Press Highlight is revving up for summer time! This week, we deal with a July e book that’s stuffed with coronary heart, motion, superheroes, and a lot extra. Literati Press Comics & Novels is gearing as much as launch Glamorella’s Daughter, an all-ages comic about Comet, the neurodiverse daughter of Earth’s biggest defender. Learn extra under:

Creators Jerry Bennett (Story/Illustration) and Charles J. Martin (Script/Lettering), along side Sensitivity Editor Brandy Williams, got down to create a narrative that explores “the shifting dynamics between working mother and father and their rising youngsters…with the guts and inclusivity of Ms. Marvel and Younger Sheldon’s deal with the challenges of being a superb and inquisitive little one.”
Set to launch on July 7, problem #1 is the primary in a deliberate four-issue season one. It was additionally enthusiastically supported when previewed by AutismOklahoma and households with youngsters on the spectrum.
Heathen creator Natasha Alterici calls Glamorella’s Daughter “a pleasant mother-daughter superhero story, epic in scope, however completely grounded.
